I bought the Lee factory crimp die a month or two ago. I also got a Lee Quick Trim die or gauge for their case trimmer unit. I am not sure if it is the same thing you are talking about though. I haven't needed to use it yet.

the quick trim system goes into your press - it has a body thats similar to a FCD or powder thru die.
the case gauge is for hand trimming. it looks like a small rod, threaded on one side, with thin point opposite the threads that goes into the primer hole.
