I'll try to get to the range tomorrow and get some XTP results for for you in terms of accuracy and expansion. So far, I like the look of the 300 grain standard XTP.

Just got done shooting and the 300 XTP looks VERY promising. I don't have the COALs in front of me, but I seated to the cannelure and taper crimped to .476. Shot from an 18" AR, no compensator.

250 XTP 37.8 grains LilGun
MV: 2320
SD: 27.9
Spread: 84 (9 shots)
Group: 2- 2.5"

300 XTP MAG 32.2 grains LilGun
MV: 1970
SD: 6.6
Spread: 18 (6 shots)
Group: 0.9" group and a 2" group.

300 XTP 31.7 grains LilGun
MV: 1980
SD: 19.8
Spread: 39 (3 shots)
Group: 0.9"

300 XTP 32.2 grains LilGun
MV: 2000
SD: 24.5
Spread: 49
Group: 0.57

I've been fighting with my phone to post these pictures, sorry for the multiple posts. All shots were made from a lead sled with a 6x scope at 100 yards.

The 250 XTPs have been a very consistent 2" group. They open up explosively at Bushmaster velocities reducing penetration.

The 300 XTPs (incl MAG) have been grouping very nicely.

Expansion on both XTPs is over an inch, just over a half inch for the MAG. I'm going to use the 300 XTP for deer hunting, and if I ever get the chance to shoot something larger, I'll stick with the MAG for penetration.
