gmstack-
It's not very clear what you're asking here.

What sort of 200-300 yard results are you seeking? Velocities at these yardages? Drop or trajectory at these yardages? Accuracy at these yardages? Results of shooting at game animals at these yardages? All of these will depend on the bullets used and their muzzle velocities.

What sort of reloading data? Tested data produced by reputable test labs?

Thanks.

Shooting results such a group size at say 200, 250, 300 yds and bullet used etc.

I drew a deer tag in iowa for this december and although i would prefer shooting a deer at 100yds or even less the outfitter says its best to be ready should a 200, 250 yd chance present itself.

I had a buds RAR with a CDS leupold scope last fall, shot factory ftx to 225 yds and the clicks were dead on for drop. I wasn't on my A game but kept groups under 3"

While I love my 450b, it would not be my first choice at those distances. Especially for highly coveted Iowa deer tag. I love my F150 4X4 but it would not be my first choice for a cross country trip if I had other options. My wife's Nissan Murano would easily supplant it.

just sayin'...

I would not hesitate at 200 yards. But If I knew I was needing more than that I would bring a "better" more appropriate caliber for longer ranges.

If you look at trajectories you can see its not bad @ 200 but really begins to drop after that.

Good luck,

totally off topic... however...

after driving a murano rental while my truck is in the shop - i'll agree its a comfy ride...

but dont assidently press the unlock button while you're away from your car.... i came out of lady janes last week and my freaking windows were down... seems i bumped the button while sitting in the barber chair... and i walked out to a car with the front windows all the way down with about $2k in tools in the cargo area, and my AR pistol on the floor behind the drivers seat.  thankfully everything was still there, but i was and am NOT pleased about it.

and apparently this "feature" cant be turned off from what i find on google and in the vehicle settings menu...

Well i would rather use my 270win, or 7mm wby, one of my 3 308 win or my358 win. however only certain straight wall cartridges are legal in iowa so therein lies the problem.

The gentleman from michigan is in the same boat as the hunters in iowa.
