I have a Ruger American bolt action with Timney trigger.
Been trying the Lyman 330 gr "Gould" HP sized to .452" (Lyman #2 alloy)
Good results with Trail Boss as it gives good accuracy, albeit rather low velocity, have taken a couple of animals very close in.

I want to step up velocity a bit and have the following powders at hand, V-120, CFE-BLK, Lil Gun, R7, H4198, SR4759 and H110

Anyone tried these powders or this boolit ??

Welcome, a couple guys here are starting to play with cast and its on my radar to try at some point!

Is that a gas checked bullet?

My suggestion would be to start with Hornady 300gr data and work up. They have some 4198 data which might be a good start.
