I JUST PURCHASED A RCBS UNIFLOW 3 POWDER MEASURE. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO CLEAN THE RUST PREVENTIVE FROM IT . WHAT SHOULD I USE TO DO THE CLEAN UP ?

I'd try alcohol or good ole hot soapy water.. The drums you could do with brake cleaner, but not sure how that might affect the plastic.
