Not sure on the first part.

I don't think so on the second part. While there is some resizing all along the case, the lion's share of the resizing is down near the base just above the web. One would theorize that since it extracts OK, it'll seat OK the next time, but I wouldn't count on it reliably seating with a swollen base. Try it and see. We never stop learning.

Do not full length resize with a 45acp die, as Hoot has pointed out, but the 45acp taper crimp, is great for that type of crimp on the 450b..t
