I think you could pretty easily talk me into a .308 upper for the AR 15. Probably take about 2 seconds.

Hello all,

I'm a Noob here but I'm building my first AR-15 and I would have interest in the .308 conversion as well.

Ok toneyc,

First of all Welcome, Welcome and beware the Ides of TSD, he's a S'more Thief.

Second of all, you are no Noob, we here, are well into respect, for ourselves and others. The only rules are to be incredibly Helpful, Respect the Opinions of others and most of all Teach and Learn as much as you can while you are here!

Am I overly simplistic??

Pencil me in on interested list. I think it would be cool to shoot 308's out of a AR15. Ken

My big question is how does a .308 round fit through an AR-15 mag well?
