I did end up getting a set.
I have not used them yet. I plan to load some 45 pistol rounds first.
So I can get the hang of it.
Thanks, Aries

Woke up to go to work today to find that the UPS man paid me a visit. Got my bushy dies just in time to go to work tonight and leave for Michigan tomorrow!

Not to be a shill for Midway, but Hornady is offering 100 free bullets with qualifying purchases of Hornady reloading equipment - thats worth $56 at Midway's prices - http://www.midwayusa.com/product/693974/hornady-leverevolution-bullets-450-bushmaster-452-diameter-250-grain-flex-tip-expanding-box-of-50. Sort of like getting the dies for $15. Here's the Hornady rebate page - http://www.hornady.com/promotions/get-loaded-2012.

Unfortunately, if you look at the rebate form, the 250 grain ftx bullets are not one of the options for the free bullet offer. :( Still a good deal tho if you shoot something that uses one of those bullets that does qualify.

I used that deal last year and I've got two boxes of 100, 185 grain XTPs in 45ACP for my Glock. just paid shipping and Voila!

The same thing happened last year. I called Hornady and they honored the rebate for 450 Bushmaster 250 gr FTX bullets, but there was a slight surcharge above the listed S&H to offset the higher price of the bullets relative to the others on the form. The person I talked to had me add the code for the 450 Bushmasters to the form (SKU: 45201). Since the rebate offer is on the page with the 450 Bushmaster dies (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/146834/hornady-custom-grade-new-dimension-4-die-set-450-bushmaster), I can't see why they would exclude the bullets that go with the die.

You could also go with the 225 gr FTX (SKU: 45218, but also not on the form). There is a lot of loading experience with them on this forum, and since they are less expensive, there may not be any extra charge.

Anyway, it's worth a call.
