Ordered these bullets from Acme up in Wisconsin. I've tried them with Unique powder charges being 11.3, 11.6, 11.9. 12.1 and 12.4 grains. Accuracy was non existent with the bullets hitting all over the paper. Velocities were running between 1155 and 1300 fps. Odd thing is SD and ES was low single digit between 0 and 6. Double digits between 10 and 12. Thought maybe bullet weights were way off but when I weighed them the extreme spread was 2.2 grains. No leading in the bore at all. Going to try loads increased to 13.2 to 13.6 grains to see if grouping tightens up. Brass is twice fired Hornady with Win primers.

Ran the Unique loads yesterday at 80 yards and 13.6 grains shows promise with a 2.5" group. Velocity at 1305 fps.

I cast my own. I like a Lyman 457191 I think?..

Its just under 300g and shoots real well for me with 5744.

I also hunt with a cast HP Lyman 457122. 330g. Also with 5744 @ 1550 fps. Shoots about 1.25/1.5" @ 100.

5744 and 1680 are made from "unobtanium" around here.
