AR VS BOLT ACTION

IT WOULD SEEM THAT DATA POSTED FOR THE 450 B IS PUBLISHED WITH THE AR RIFLES IN MIND. IS THERE ANY RELOADING DATA OUT THERE WITH BOLT ACTION RIFLE DATA ???? IS IT POSSIBLE THE STRONGER BOLT ACTION CAN HANDLE HOTTER LOADS ?????

No published data for bolt guns that I'm aware of.

Yes you can throttle bolt gun loads up a bit, along with seating bullets out a bit farther. just work slowly and watch for pressure signs as you go.

care to share what your loads ended up being? if so, please be as detailed as you can for safety reasons


for example

rifle:
barrel length/twist:
bullet & OAL:
brass:
Powder & charge:
primer:
crimp dia (if any):


also did you measure your case head growth at all?

I'm sure somewhere down the road the info might prove good starting grounds for someone like yourself looking for that data.

Let me know if you still need loads for the 450BM in bolt. I've done quite a few.
