500gr Subs

Ive been lurking for a while, but finally registered. I have a ruger american ranch that i ordered a suppressor for and i plan on casting some 500 gr and loading them as subsonics. From some other posts it seems like Unique might be the way to go and i have that powder in my magazine. I havent been able to find any definitive data for 500gr subs though. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you!
