WC844 and WC846 powders for use with 450BM reloading?

Postby oldmanjeffers » Tue Jun 29, 2010 11:29 pm

I found a cheep source for these powders and am wondering if any of you have any experience or suggestions of starting loads for the 450 Bushmaster using these powders, Or if it's even safe to use these powders?

I can get 8lbs for $125 plus shipping and hazmat.

I figured if I can use this stuff I would be set up for a while!

Thanks in advance for the help

That is surplussed pulldown powder used for 5.56 and some 7.62 NATO ammo. I have a bunch that I use for my bulking plinking 223 loads. I would guess that it is not a good match for the 450b.
