Ok Guys, maybe I didn't make myself very clear.
I don't need ballistics or load data (but I do appreciate that data) and trust me the energies of a 9mm Luger has nothing that parallels what I'm doing.
What I do however need is what are the World Class accuracy numbers for the 9mm. I'm not concerned if the bullet is on a rifle or pistol case. In fact, a rifle case might give far better numbers. What I'm trying to verify is, are the groups I posted a record breakers Y/N?? As far as my own research goes, they seem to be.
I mentioned the 357 Herrett, because .357 is close to .355 (9mm) and the Herrett has been a serious competition weapon, but getting numbers for the Herrett has been problematic, because, the records are declared in how many silhouette kills and at the various ranges, as opposed to actual group (MOA) sizes at 100 and or 200yds.
Also, I see accuracy results for the 9mm luger being 1-4" MOA @ 25 YARDS, which equates to 4"-16" groups at 100yds and this seems to be pretty standard.
What I'm looking for are actual accuracy numbers, that we deal with, in regards to which bullet is more accurate, in our beloved 450b. MOA is our best measure of accuracy and we can use that number in so many different ways.
I hope this clears up any of my misspoken Meanings.
Until we get verification, I say these two consecutive groups, that together averaged 1.013" MOA, are the new World's Record, for this caliber.
Maybe and Maybe not???
