Huge governmental ammo purchases

Has anyone else been reading about the huge ammo purchases that so many govern
Ental agencies have made this year? DHS has purchased over a billion rounds of various caliber, along with the IRS, social security admin, national weather service, and several others. Almost all is Hollow point ammo, which is internationally banned for use in war. What are the preparing for? This type of ammo can only be used domestically. Search "huge government ammo purchases" lots of reports to be found.

Yeah, for what its worth..

Our local Tea Party is expecting a declaration of Marshal Law, to occur anytime, from right now to even after the Dems get thrown out, thereby keeping their power by default, but this is what they are thinking, so take it for what its worth..
