NRA gives the 450b the nod

Postby wildcatter » Thu Aug 22, 2013 5:59 pm

So, my son calls me and in the september issue of the american hunter, is an artical that compares the 450b to the 458socom & 50 beowulf and some others. Conclusion, the 450b is the best for Hogs..

"Best" is a relative term...if you're a hog, not so much!

In that article, I felt that Bryce Towsley tended to speak clinically of the other calibers, but more warmly of the .450..."This is my idea of a hog gun: heavy bullets delivered with a lot of energy..."

The only Relative you've got is "Me". That is, if you are carrying a plate of S'mores.. Example..."Hey CUZ, Howz 'bout y'all share'n"..

I have the print magazine. I went onto their website, but all I could find were articles from previous issues. I'm guessing they will post this one after the next issue comes out.

If I had an issue, I could scan it. Let me see if a member of my family has the issue. My mag is First Freedom so I don't get the hunter mag.
