It looks like the idea I had years ago was stolen by a mind reader...or...maybe they came up with the same idea all by themselves...(BTW, I also invented the Frisbee, back when I would fling the pie plate around the back yard)...

my concern would be the sleeve getting blown off on anything bigger case capacity than a 223
