2011 SHOT Show

Postby wildcatter » Fri Jan 14, 2011 9:02 pm

I'm off to the Shot Show Sunday afternoon. It's the 18th -21st. If ya-all have something for me to check out and then report back, holler out here. There are several guys that have my phone number and they can do a relay. Go on-line and find the booth number, for the thing you want to know more about. I'll even get pictures, so keep the requests coming..t

Hey wildcatter-
a couple things here.
i'm interested in the new Ruger LC9 compact pistol. ive seen all the specs, pictures, but see if you can hold one. It looks to be the perfect size to still be able to grip it well (unlike most of the new pocket/cc guns) yet fit in the pocket.
and maybe go rattle the remington cage about our ammo.....
thanks in advance

Another question is -- how long is Hornady's and Bushmaster's legal agreement to be the sole producers of loaded ammo, reloading dies and complete firearms? Is this why MGI sells barrel and bolts only labeled as 450 Thumper?

Remington can not even get the 30RAR out in quantity. They seem to be concentrating on the 30 ACC now. It's like throwing stuff against the wall to see it it sticks. I for one have absolutely no faith in Remington.

Yup, I intend to rattle Remmy's chain.. I too am curious about Ruger's LC9. I am writing down all the requests. I'll get pictures too, of all this stuff. I hope to have my computer with me, so I might be able to keep you all updated, in near real-time..t

Hit up Barnes and Nosler and Speer too about bullets.
I'm also wondering about Cheaper Than Dirt and their
Reasons why they don't carry Bushmaster Lowers and
Official Bushmaster parts. Even on line and in the stores
They don't carry nuthin. Just comPlete guns and occasionally
Complete Uppers.
PS if Powder Valley is there, tell them we really appreciate
them keeping their prices down on the 450 fodder.
