Yeah and I have venison sausage and kraut too. What do you think about a lunch for these guys on the board that live in the MI AO. Some of them will have a little hike to get here, but hey, guns smoke and venison, sounds mighty fine to me..t

looks great! i have to say though 
it's hard to beat homemade sauerkraut 
i'm thinkin' reuben style with rye bread hunt when it's cold; fish when it's not.
