These have been available for public purchase for about 25 years.
No you cannot buy as a component for reloading.
Great bullet for their time but evolution has surpassed them.

Better yet, for low velocity calibers, like my old .44 British Bulldog or .38 S&W, drill out the HP with a 5/32 bit, 5/16 inch deep. Pour in a little FFFFg black powder, then a BB and seal them in with a percussion cap, pressed carefully in. Devastating on wet phone books. Probably good for 5-10 in the hoosegow as well. Ah, the tales my Iver Johnson could tell... ;) The 1980s were fun times for experimentation.

LOL! I don't feel so bad now! I was tinkering with this back in the mid 1990s and made a few .357 Mag rounds with 550 primers sealed in drilled out sierra HPs. I used FletchTite to seal them in. But I found it was a bad idea and may not even be kosher to experiment further. Knowing now, what i didnt know then , I wouldn't dare do it today.
