If you can find it, try the Summit Horizon Red Ale. Made locally and not sure if it's sold outside of Minnesota. I don't like beer, but if I did, that would be my choice. I have beer every year at the State Fair, several times and tried the Red for the first time on Labor Day. It's the only way to not lose my sanity as my wife and daughter browse incredibly slowly through the International Bazaar. How someone can spend 40 minutes looking at doilies is beyond me. It compliments the battered, deep fried, double cheeseburger on a stick perfectly...
