As much as I dislike buying factory ammo, I ordered a couple of boxes. I'll post the "shoot out" results and some chrony comparisons from my 16" barrel in a few weeks. Anyone with a 20" barrel willing to do the same? I'm also really curious about the Remington brass.

Cabelas is carrying too, but it's on backorder. As soon as they get some
In stock, I might run by the store near my place and put it through
my 20". Might take a few pictures to post here too.

Me too! Whoever gets them first, please make that observation your first posting. My prototype rounds of a couple of years ago we're made from Hornady's Prototype rounds (Yup, they have Hornady's name stamped on the head, and sport large primers in them.).

Just a note, of FYI.. You might think the reason Hornady uses a small primer, in our 450b, was to keep the Bench Rest Guys happy, they simply love small primers, for small groups, and if that are your thoughts, you'd be right. However that is only a planned-for, side effect, one in which we see every time we shoot, but the major reason for small primers, is to give the Web-Area, more strength and it does this very well. Having said that, I for one hope they are large primers, just for the plethora of choices we'd have..

Says Backordered but the price is better than others I've seen. Not sure if it's accurate or just a typo. since it also says the ammo's 165 grain.

OMG 165gr?!!!

That'll come out haulin' butt!

Sounds like a perfect deer round. Large frontal area, but light. Probably transfer all the energy in the deer for maximum effect. Now that has my attention.

I think that's a typo. Cabelas was showing the Remmy as 260 grain.
