DFWDave wrote:Any idea how many have actually been sold? Bushmaster doesn't even acknowledge the existence of my model, the camoflage version. I personally think it's a beautiful gun, but it doesn't exist in any of their literature, and the instruction manual I got for mine is completely inappropriate for the .450 caliber. I feel like an orphan, and of course now that they've been absorbed into the greater Cerberus bean-counting universe, that's not likely to improve any. So how many uppers or full-blown rifles did Bushmaster sell?

Don't feel too bad. I haven't been able to find an XM15 E2S in any catalog or website like my Bushmaster XM15 E2S.
It came stock with the accessories adapter on the front gas block and has a HBar fluted 16" barrel.

Ditto, as needed. I am still a Moderator on a computer hardware forum.

Sometimes I don't realize how much time I've spent on the forums until I look down and realize the hours have flown by. Especially a site like this with a lot of great info can really take up your time if you aren't careful.

Some folks read newspapers... Some read magazines.... This forum and the 6.5 Grendel forum are my "Sports Section".
The nice thing is, it's interactive and I don't get paper cuts.
Plus, I get to contribute to the discussion. In my world, it's hard to find individuals intelligent enough and sober enough to have meaningful discussions about firearms. Out of all my friends, there is only a very small percentage who could relate. So it's really a Godsend to have these forums as an outlet and a source for feedback. You guys are an inspiration and I am very honored to be a part of such a civil and intelligent collection of firearms enthusiasts.
