During our down time for the holidays, Mudbug did some housecleaning. The members list was over 95 pages long. Each page held 25 entries. When he was done, only 17 pages of truly active members remained. Everyone else was a spambot or spammer/Troll/hacker. When I started moderating, we had about 72 pages. Between Nov and Dec25th,
We had 23 pages of new members and of those, maybe 4 users were real. Believe it when we say there is a spam war. You never see it. But it is ongoing.

:? my hotmail contact list got "jacked" over the weekend :evil: good thing i only use as a "throw down" email address when i don't want to use my "regular" email address. :roll:

Yes, everyone should have a throwdown email address for obnoxious sites that require one to view their content. Just don't keep any contact list for it. No one likes losing friends over a jacked contact list.
