Tapatalk the smartphone/iPad app. Has this been addressed before?

I use tapatalk for my other forums (calguns and supermotojunkies) and it is awesome for the addict like me that checks forums multiple times a day from my phone.

Im not sure what it takes for a forum to get started/registered with tapatalk but it sure would be cool for this awesome forum to add the app!

I guess my lazy self should do some research for mud bug but I thought I would ask others what they thought about the idea.

Could you elaborate for those of us who still have rotary dials on our cell phones?

This would be of limited utility for me. The only forum I routinely access from my smartphohe is the 450BM, and that perhaps once a day or less. I have 4G LTE and WiFi on the phone, and that is enough that I can read the forum from the website well enough. If I want to reply to a post or post something myself, I wait until I get to a computer to do that, although I could laboriously do this from the phone.

However, if this does NOT involve ANY work for the webmaster (I webmaster three sights on a volunteer basis for some clubs to which I belong, so I get a lot of helpful suggestions for "improving" my sites), then this could be valuable for those who have smart phones that have attached themselves to their bodies.

I personally would not use this ap, but more research would be useful.

I moderate the forum almost exclusively from my iPhone. And since I have SIRI, I can speak my posts. Still not perfect, but it works.

Speaking posts is a great idea. I think I have that on my Android. Will give it a go.

Here's a pretty good description of how SIRI works, for those with rotary dials on their cell phones! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eLELOBuT-Q (warning profanity)
