Just saying hi

Postby Curtiss Knives » Sun Nov 25, 2012 7:39 pm

Hi everyone. Just thought I would make an intro. I'm David Curtiss. I live in northern Indiana, but am from middle Tennessee. My wife and I have 2 businesses, Curtiss Knives and Great Lakes Waterjet, inc. I have been looking around the site for a while and decided to join. I'm somewhat of a gun nut. I'm starting my new 450 build now. I have a Bushy XM15 lower to start with and just ordered a brake from Ross. Heck of a nice guy. I'll post up some pics as I gather parts and finish. Thanks for having me and look forward to hangin' out.

Just a quick KUDOS to David.

Don't hesitate to look him up. IMHO one of the best knife makers in the industry. And that is saying A LOT if you have a clue who's out there in the knife world.

Again, welcome!

Welcome David.

(I just looked Curtiss Knives up. Very impressive lineup, I have a soft spot for quality knives. (My wife thinks I have a soft spot in my head but we'll save that fro another time.) I use to buy a quality knife occasionally but after loosing a few I had to quit that. I got up and walked away from an (expensive) Emerson one day, after that I quit buying high dollar knives. I'm sure the people who found them were very happy.)

Hi Davy,

And welcome aboard.

One word of warning. Ya gotta watch out for some of these S'mores Steal'en Rascals around here.

How about posting pics of some of your knives??
