Anybody know if the M11 brake was tested? I couldn't find it on a search.

I personally don't know of one, but there is so much on the market, nobody's going to have the money to buy all of the stuff to try-out. BUT a call to the manufacturer should settle that issue, ask how they conduct their test. I found that our Gunnut a.k.a. GUNNY uses Accelerometers and that none of the Main Line Builders of MZ-BRK's use them and this is a problem. Using some of their methods I could say I got a 150% reduction and then using an Accelerometer the truth is far different.

The M11 looks an offal lot like Ross's (he haunt's our board), that can be had for a fraction of the price of the M11 and the Ross Brake get's rave reviews..

I might add...
The Ross Shuler Brake has been tested with Gunnut and his accelerometers. And his tests prove that it does work as well as personal testimonies from countless members here.

To the new guys here.
The very first page of this thread contains several links including the link to order the Ross brake.
It's entitled "Muzzle Brakes". This link will take you to the market place post where Ross is advertising his brakes.
I'm not sure what his prices are today so be absolutely sure to leave him a good contact phone # or email address so he can contact you.

didnt feel like diging too far too see if this setup has been mention but i am running a springco red power spring with an H2 buffer with a Ross 3 Port break and the recoil is VERY minimal. i have no problem watching impact at 100 yards through the scope. Gun is just as flat as can be!!!

I had grizzly gunworks build me one of their "grizzly" brakes with the noise redirector, for my 9.5 " sbr. I added that to a heavy buffer and couldn't complain.

Has anybody compared a Ross Brake to a Rifenbark Sound of Madness?

If GunNut is still able to, Send a Rifenbark to GunNut and ask him to run it through his lab equipment. (Accelerometer gear).
He can print the graph and compare it. When he's done with it he will send you back the brake.
