The best way I found to check reticles is using the Strelok ballistic app on my phone. I just put in the specs for the factory load and went thru the scopes on the list till I saw what I liked. The list isn't extensive but there are enough to get an idea. I went with a regular Nikon 3-9 BDC cause I already had one and it looked almost perfect for the factory round. The Leupold Ultimate Slam and the Nikon Inline are recommended and reticles match factory rounds also.

New to the web sight been hunting hogs at night for several years. I am planning on changing my 450 bushmaster to a 50 mm scope. Haven't decided which one for sure I use an old set of Texas bores light(8 leds} and they really put out the light. I am going to try out the 6 x24 that came on it when I got it. I went out and set up some corn and chicken scratch near one of my feeders,I get in an old barn and wait for miss piggy. The pigs come in every night as we are near the Hagerman Game preserve and have lots of hogs, they have a bad habit of waiting me out come in after I go home. Will give you guys the up grade later. Hagerman..... My family is from Grayson County. I'm third Generation. We used to pile up in my uncles van during Christmas holidays and take all us grand kids out to Hagerman Park to drive around and look at all the deer. I still have family in Whitesboro. I live about 45 minutes away.
