Is there a non index or non timed brake you can just screw onto the threads with loctite? Do the need a crush washer? Let me know please

Just use a crush washer there is no advantage to a break that doesn't use one.

Tapered barrel / timing for these is more $$$ but again no advantage vs above

shouldn't need one, the holes don't need to be orientated
