Federal Syntech bullets

I see that Midway has .452 230 gr RN Federal Syntech bullets available as reloading components. Any idea how much velocity these are good for? I can't seem to find much specific information on the coating.

I'd bet they are tumbled like M&M's and pill coatings, otherwise there would be a pip or series of pips where they are supported during spraying. However, the surface looks pretty uniform for tumbled. With the density and softness of lead, one would expect them to be lumpy.
