Yeah, I have no idea on cast, and your right, they act different than cup and core or solid copper.
As to the IMR vs H, they are very close, if not the same. From what data I've seen, H usually gets a touch more speed. I think it depends on application and powder lots really.

It’s a touch but funny I can use about 4 gr more h110 when using a cast bullet
