Does an aftermarket muzzle brake make a difference when compared to the factory one on my bushmaster in .450BM. Also is it common to have the same group size at 300 yards as I do at 100 yards? I am not complaining

Just checked out the vid - THANKS. I have posted to the issues section on my issues and have always been looking at the Magz as the potential issues with it being too tight and flexing or being out of spec. I may look to mod it similar to your technique and possibly reduce the coils in one... Love this thread - I may need to slow my roll on posts.. lol

From Google Chamber Tactical has them for $8.50 in onesy's. $6.00 if you get some folks to go in with you on a box of 50. Just one of many hits.

FWIW - 2 points

Ruger is shipping their AR in 450 BM with one ASC Mag. The front and back have semicircular cuts for feeding.

Black followers work fine in 10 round Promags.

Here's a link to a post I made a while back about modifying Lancer 223 mags using the black follower.
