Just to add my experience, even though similar experiences are probably brought up in Hoot's thread.
The Remington ammo leaves a lot to be desired in just about every way. Never took game with them, but heard of them having inconsistent performance. I bought some a few years back, ended up with 5 or 6 different lots, only one had acceptable accuracy (go figure I only had one box from that lot). The rest were horrible. Biggest issues were case mouth taper, OAL, and bullet tension. I stopped shooting them after a few boxes, and sat on them. When I got into reloading, I decided to play with them. I took one lot I had a couple boxes of that shot ok, sorted them out into groups, then adjusted OAL's and crimp's. They grouped much better, but still not great. Ended up selling the rest off.
