Anyone know of one and where it can be purchased? If there even is one. Is there (maybe) a pistol caliber that will work? I am looking specifically for the cartridge style. Thnx

Just remove the bcg,and bore sight it with your eyeball. Works good and free.. now if you specifically want a laser, disregard

I have used a 300 WM arbor for years for my 450b laser boresighting. Hand feed it in and hand extract it. It will automatically align with the 450b chamber as you slide it in.

ive never used a laser bore sighter in my life. why you ask?

take the initial shot at 25 yds. ive only had one optic i can recall installing that wasnt on paper at that range - and that was on a friends new slugger shotgun. we did find the paper at 15 yds though. still managed to sight that slugger in with 11 or 12 rounds @ 100 yds. my buddy was freaking out as i just grabbed the adjuster and gave it like half a turn to make the initial adjustment lol "man i could never do it like that" "dude, relax, its 25 yds... 16 clicks to an inch...we need to move it half a turn to do almost anything" "this is why i brought it over to your place, would have taken me boxes and boxes of slugs"

put a new scope, rings and rail on my bro's 700 last week.. zeroed that one in 10 rounds, including 3 misses @100 hoping for a miracle on the first three shots down the tube. 1 shot @ 25 (make adjustment, was high), 2 @ 50 (make adjustment between each), one more @100 for final adjustment, and then a 3 shot cloverleaf to confirm everything was happy .

but then again, i'm comfortable enough to take a single shot and know if i screwed up or not and its something i can make an adjustment from. i have no shame calling a shot a flyer if it didnt feel right when i squeezed. but thats why i also always follow up the final adjustment with a group test to confirm things.

just my method, and it works awesome for me.

Gonna try just that tomorrow. Found a 3x red dot just too much for my old eyes to discern anything at 100 and went to to a 2-10x for load work which I'll have to sight in first. Wish me luck.
