I've seen talk about the early adopted .458 SOCOM bolts being a little different from one manufacturer to the next but that was a long time back. The current spec for both shows rim diameters of .473. I know that my 450b bolt works fine with .308 rims. IIRC, Tony from TROMiX weighed in on this several times. SAAMI actually lists .473 +0 /-.010 as the acceptable rim diameter range for the 450b. I've found 450b brass as little as .468 and they cycled fine in my .473 bolt.
